First ever strength training session

So I have never ever done strength exercise before and I decided to try it since I had a complimentary personal training session. I know my strength is really bad but it totally killed me. My hands were aching soo much that I couldn’t even drive back 0_0. Today it is still aching. I hate it and personally I think it’s worse than jogging. Yes I absolutely hate running/jogging but cycling rules.

And the ironic thing, it is supposed to increase my strength, but it seems to have decreased it drastically and I can’t even do anything…. So unfit me ;(
