So, since it was a warm day, I decided to walk down to Bourke street and get Bubble Tea at Easy Way. It was really crowded and I ordered my drink and paid and then I realized, there was only one person working for the whole shop. He was the same person that took the orders and made the orders. And because of that everyone got held up and had to wait really long.
I personally felt he did a great job because some customers were angry and annoyed and kinda raised their voice at him but he still managed the situation.
I think that he shouldn’t be the only person at peak hour on duty? I mean summer’s coming and I’m sure even if it had been “quiet” and one person is “enough to run the shop”, shouldn’t more people be employed or at least just for peak hours to help the customers?
